    • Initial complimentary consultation

    • Three phone consultations to review details from your wedding plan starting at 30 days out

    • Rehearsal coordination and practice

  • Wedding Day Duties

    • Up to 12 hours of on-site facilitation with lead coordinator ($150 per additional hour)

    • Directing ceremony processional and recessional

    • Coordinating and assisting in ceremony and reception setup, including all wedding accessories and decorations

    • Greeting wedding guests at ceremony site

    • Acting as point-of-contact for all vendors

    • Coordinating vendor arrival and setup

    • Assisting in management of timeline and ensuring everything stays on schedule

    • Distributing any final payments or gratuity to vendors

    • Handling any issues or questions that arise from guests or vendors

  • Prior to the wedding

    • One monthly check-in call starting at 9 months out from wedding

      • Ask advice and questions throughout the planning process

    • Vendor referrals (does not include contact or pricing information)

Coordination 2.0 $1,999

Three Months Out Planning $2,499

For the brides who want assistance with the logistics to ensure their final details comes together for the perfectly executed day!

  • Bi-monthly calls beginning at three months out from wedding

  • Creation of wedding day timeline (sharing with other pertinent vendors)

  • Assistance with creation of venue floor plan.

  • Creation of vendor contact list (sharing with other pertinent vendors)

  • Assistance with creation of any other venue required documents or spreadsheets

  • Attendance on final vendor detail calls

  • 5% discount on any wedding decor rentals

Partial Planning $3,499

For the brides that need some help along the way, but have a good outline in place for their wedding planning.

  • Prior to the wedding

    • Monthly phone consultations to discuss wedding details starting at 12 months out from wedding

      • Bi-monthly calls starting at three months out

    • Wedding planning timeline/checklist

    • Assistance with securing 3 vendors of bride’s choosing

    • Reviewing vendor contracts

    • Creating detailed wedding day timeline and sharing with appropriate vendors

    • Attending final vendor appointments

    • Confirming final details with all vendors prior to wedding

    • Assistance with wedding decor vision

    • Facilitating ceremony rehearsal and practice

    • 15% off any wedding decor rentals

  • Wedding Day Duties

    • Unlimited on-site facilitation with lead coordinator

    • All other duties and services included in day-of coordination package

Full Planning $4,999

    • Monthly planning calls starting beyond 12 months out to discuss wedding details.

    • Bi-monthly planning calls starting at 12 months out to discuss wedding details (can add more as needed)

    • Assisting in locating and selecting venue

    • Recommending, contacting, and organizing appointments with vendors

    • Creating wedding planning timeline/checklist

    • Reviewing vendor contracts

    • Assistance with wedding budgeting from start to finish, including budget checklist

    • Creating detailed wedding day timeline and sharing with appropriate vendors

    • Attending vendor appointments and calls*

    • Assistance in ordering all printed materials including save-the-dates, invitations, and RSVP cards
